LITTLE WORDS PROJECT

Little Words Project had built a successful bracelet business across DTC, retail stores, and major partnerships with Sephora, Disney, and Sanrio. But their rapid growth exposed a creative bottleneck: operating on monthly product drops meant constant demand for fresh campaign assets, and their existing creative output wasn't matching their market position. They needed an agency partner who could handle high-volume creative production while making the brand feel more sophisticated without losing what customers loved about it.

We started by questioning their entire creative approach. Instead of treating each drop as a standalone project, we built a flexible brand architecture that could support endless variation without creative chaos. The core insight was simple: consistency doesn't mean repetition. New type, color, and layout systems helped their internal team scale content easily, while keeping the tone playful and clear. We developed modular creative systems—visual frameworks that could bend without breaking, allowing unique expression for each collection while maintaining brand coherence.

Every month brought new creative demands: campaign concepting, asset production, retail materials, digital advertising. We handled strategy and creative direction while they managed internal production, except for tentpole moments like Mother's Day where we took full creative control. The result was a brand that could launch multiple collections monthly without diluting its voice or overwhelming its audience.
